What is the safest, smartest, fastest way to lose 30 lbs of fat and get healthy again??

i know there are lots of advertisements of products that claim they work, but they really dont…trust me. there are just four simple steps to losing weight fast:

diet right (include lots of protein in your diet to avoid being hungry and to build muscle. dont over eat…eat less. thats where the protein comes in. DO NOT OVER EAT. dont stop when youre full. stop when youre not hungry anymore.)

excersice on a regular basis (dont be lazy…get off your but and do it! once you make it a habit, it locks in and you will actually WANT to excercise)

eat less fat (there are SO many delicious healthy foods out there. im personally not a vegetable fan, but i love fruit. if you want to eat out, fresh choice has lots of healthy and delicious food available, and if you want something on the go, you can always count on jamba juice to make you something that tastes sinful, but its actually really good for your body. lose the starbucks)

be patient. (patience is trait a that everyone must excercise..if youre not patient about losing weight, you could make some really bad choices that could KILL YOU. patience pays off. youll lose the weight i promise!!!!!!!)

follow this advice and the pounds will disappear. i swear.



I know you can’t spot condition a muscle, you lose weight how your body wants you to lose weight but I am hoping there is some kind of over the counter drug or some kind of foods I can eat in excess to lose fat around my midsection. I am graduating soon and would love to target the weight/fat in my mid section. I am really needing to lose weight fast. and unfortunately most of it is located right in the middle.

Food choices are important because certain foods clog the liver and reduce its fat burning afunction, while other foods cleanse it and increase fat burning function. The liver cleansing diet lasts for 8 weeks but the principles of the diet can be adhered to for life. This diet allows you to eat well but just has some restrictions.

It requires that you eliminate red meat, animal fats, dairy, all processed food and anything containing additives. Replace that with fresh fish/seafood (not fried), some lean chicken, lots of vegetables (raw is better), salads and fruit, wholemeal bread, pasta and rice. I am in search of a good aerobic type exercise other than walking, eliptical machines, and running that will help burn fat. Do not want to build any more muscle mass, just want to tone up more.
I do not need any more muscle mass. I have enough just want to keep fat off my bones!

Games playing (like soccer, tennis, hockey etc) are good, however be careful not to get injured.

You’ve covered walking, running and cross training.

Cycling. Swimming (non load bearing however), circuit training, skipping.

Anything that you can use to raise your heart rate to about 70% of HRMax will do the trick… and then sustain it for about 30 minutes.



i want to burn fat at home as well as the gym, i go to the gym around 2 times a week and i run most nights, but is there anyway instead of running at night that i can do to burn fat

use the stairs and run up and down theme, sit ups
