    I wouldn’t worry too much about saturated fats! It’s the processed garbage that is the problem. Trans-fats are worse than saturated fats, not to mention reused cooking fat which gets more and more toxic as it gets used more and more!

    i burn about 1500 calories a day on my elyptical 750 in morning, than 750 at night. not to mention i have track and 100 of phys ed. i also do very intense weight training (an additional hour a day) is this to much? i am also 14 years old
