Becouse the fat is probebly turning to muscle. I dont know much about this sort of thing. But if you are weight training then surely you will be burning fat but gaining muscle so you wont loose weight. But dont take my word for that,

    What can you afford?

I’m going to ume you live in poverty and can’t afford any expensive equipment or accessories.

Your going to have to rely on specific exercises.

Crunches (plus many other ab exercises), 30mins of moderate intensity cardio, Push-up variations, dips. There just some things but there are plenty more i’m sure.

what you can do is …
what you can do is take a tablespoon of extra virgin organic coconut oil a day. that will raise your metabolism. or you can drink white tea which has less caffine than green and is more effective as green tea. white tea will keep your metabolism up and help burn fat. anything hot like cayenne pepper will raise your body temp and burn fat. just do pushups and by some exercise equipment.

    no, it actually …
    no, it actually doesn’t.
what it does is improve your slow-twitch muscles which are responsible for exercise over long period of time, but it does not help you build fast-twitch muscles, and does not give you size. Instead, when you run for over 40 minutes, your body will slowly start to use your muscles along with fats as fuel for ATP production.
However, short distance (20-25 mins), intense runs help you lose fat by burning calories, and don’t use your muscle as nutrition

    No marathon runners …
No marathon runners don’t have a lot of muscle, but sprinters do. What type of cardio you do and the intensity of it matters.

  17. comment  ecke70 Says:

    its more than their …
its more than their training. Its mostly about dieting cause they know they have to eat very little cause if they gain 3 kg even if its muscle it will slow them down. endurance sports is mostly about VO2MAX/KG

  18. comment  Areweonfiya Says:

    Yeah, you shouldn’t …
Yeah, you shouldn’t ONLY do weightlifting. Find a balance. Most people do some cardio to burn off some calories, THAN they do weights. This way your muscles will be more visible. Or running one day nad weights the next.

    I disagree with …
I disagree with this video. It is very that you need resistance training has many health benefits, creating muscle, lowering blood pressure, as well as offsetting osteoporosis, as well as loosing weight, and keeping it off. But don’t be fooled, cardio is very important to losing weight, it raises the metabolism and tells the muscles to work harder, and burn more calories. so keep running!!!… but also weight train

  23. comment  tkillvirus Says:

    i agree that …
i agree that runners dont have a lot of muscle however it isnt the cardio that causes them to have skinny bodies its the fact that they only do cardio. Cardio isnt catabolic. You lose muscle from only doing cardio and not weight training.
