		<description>&lt;b&gt;You can do wide ...&lt;/b&gt; &lt;br&gt; You can do wide grip pulldowns if have access to one , chins are much better though, If you dont have one do negative chins where step up on a chair and start from the top and lower yourself as slow as you can and repeat . They burn . Do those and eventually you should be able to do 2 0r 3 regular chins. then try to get one more every week or so till you can get 10 by yourself for 3 or 4 sets. Also try chins 2 a week not just once. Good luck.</description>
